Vitality Voyage is a transformative wellness and rehabilitation program designed to support individuals experiencing chronic conditions such as long COVID, chronic pain, fatigue, and psychological distress. Tailored to those struggling with fluctuating symptoms, disengagement, or prolonged absence from work, this program helps participants rebuild physical capacity, mental resilience, and self-confidence in a sustainable way.

 

The program integrates guided physical activity, mindfulness practices, and psychosocial coaching to foster real and lasting change. Participants engage in weekly sessions that include supported movement (e.g. accompanied walks or virtual exercise), targeted education, and behavioural activation strategies. These are complemented by personalised goal-setting, meditation guides, and resources delivered via the ELEV8 Wellness App—ensuring support continues between sessions

Guided Exercise

Tailored physical activities—including low-impact walking, restorative yoga, and evidence-based strength training—are customized to each participant’s ability level.   • Notify affected individuals as soon as practicable, providing recommendations on how they can mitigate potential harm.
  • Notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) within 30 days of becoming aware of the breach.
