NDIS Occupational Therapy

Supporting Your Journey to Everyday Success

Skills and routines that make life work

Practical OT to build independence at home and in the community—focusing on what matters day-to-day (self-care, routines, access, equipment).

What we help with

Our occupational therapy services focus on empowering you to manage daily activities with confidence and independence. We provide practical support to build everyday living skills, develop cognitive and energy strategies, and create helpful routines. Our therapists offer tailored advice on home modifications, equipment, and environmental adjustments. We also support community participation and provide sensory and fatigue management strategies to enhance overall wellbeing and quality of life.

  • Daily living skills (personal care, meals, household tasks)
  • Cognitive/energy strategies, planning and routines
  • Environmental modifications and equipment recommendations
  • Community access and graded exposure to tasks
  • Sensory and fatigue management

How we work

Our approach starts with a functional assessment and collaborative goal‑setting to ensure we focus on what matters most to you. We use simple, repeatable routines supported by visual or written prompts to make progress easier to follow. Our team provides hands‑on training for assistive technology and equipment, along with clear, plain‑English reports for reviews. We also coach carers to help maintain progress and support long‑term independence
