How we work

We start with baseline testing to understand your current physical capabilities. From there, we design a personalised exercise program that you can safely do at home, with clear progressions to build your strength and endurance. Education on pacing, recovery, and managing flare-ups helps you manage your condition effectively. Our work integrates closely with physiotherapy and occupational therapy plans to ensure cohesive care. Regular reviews track your progress and demonstrate measurable improvements, keeping you motivated and supported throughout your journey.
