RenewYou is a structured and evidence-informed coaching program designed to build Psychological Capital—also known as PsyCap—which research has shown to be a critical predictor of workplace performance, wellbeing, and resilience.

RenewYou helps individuals enhance their internal resources by targeting four core domains:
Hope – creating pathways thinking and building motivation to pursue meaningful goals
Efficacy – increasing confidence in one’s ability to overcome challenges and succeed
Resilience – developing skills to bounce back from setbacks and maintain equilibrium
Optimism – promoting a positive future outlook and reframing negative thought patterns
Each session is deliberately structured to explore one of these four areas, using a blend of psychoeducation, reflective coaching, practical exercises, and between-session activities to embed new ways of thinking and behaving. Participants are guided through a personalised journey, supported by a dedicated workbook that helps track mindset shifts and reinforce strategies.

Each Client receives their own workbook to guide reflection, solidify their learnings, and support mindset shifts between sessions.
